I got this GPS refurbished and thought that it will work good. It did work good for about a month and then problem started coming up. Sometimes, the GPS will take 30 mins to decide its position and more than half the time, I had to restart the GPS but still no resolution. I was lucky that the GPS had gone bad before the refurbished warranty period expired. I sent the GPS to the repair center and called after a month to inquire about it and I get that standard response. Thier initial response was that my GPS has been fixed and they should be mailing the week after I called them.

Never received GPS for two weeks after my first call. Then I decided to call them back again and now I get different response. This time they told me that my GPS is in process (remember their previous response) and they should be mailing that in a week. The reason why they can’t repair this sooner is because they stopped fixing 700 series and it took them longer to fix this issue.

They have the worst customer service and technical support of all the other GPS companies and man….oh…man. These technical support guys call themselves with american name but in fact they are from India. They really don’t know how to talk to people.
