I bought this GPS for my husband and he loves it. I bought the TomTom One 3rd for him first and had to return it because it was defective. I couldn’t even get a new one to replace it. So the salesman gave me this one to try.I didn’t know anything about this brand but I took it anyways. I think it is better then the TomTom. It works everytime and is easy to use. My husband is not one to know how to run electronics like GPS’s but he showed me how to use this one. So I would recommend this to everyone because it is easy to use. Also you can buy new maps on a card and not have to download anything from your computer. Agian with the Tomtom, I had to download new maps and I couldn’t. Like I said before, this one is very easy to use and I have yet to have any problems with it. My husband uses this GPS for work and he travels all over New England and to places he has never been before. I believe only once did it make a mistake by saying he was at the address. It was like two driveways away when it stated he arrived and should turn. But if thats all the error he recieved then thats good.
