I have to say I have been impressed with the accuracy of the information and the sheer volume of information available on my 660. It has found me gas in remote places and gotten me accurately across the country. The only times that it had a problem were in Houston where there is presently construction on the freeway system and the 660 didn’t like that the ramps weren’t where it thought they were and in Palm Springs where for some reason it had me pass my hotel and make a U-turn to enter. The traffic data has been great for rerouting me, at least in the San Francisco Bay area. It has helped me avoid quite a few delays in an area I am unfamiliar with. I wish that you could program in more intermediate stops, but you can add them in I have found along the way. You pretty much need to keep it plugged into a power outlet for any kind of trip. With the back-light lit expect a little less than 2 hours of battery life. I keep mine plugged in all the time I am using it so that it can get traffic data. I also replaced the suction mount with the bean bag. The bean bag has been a joy to use and stays right where you place it. The unit is easy to program and easy to tell it where you want to go.
