I just got my Garmin C340 as a second gps to supplement my Magellen handheld. My first trial run was the 120 mile trip from my residence in Illinois to my parents farm in Rual Missouri. I was ver pleased with the navigation to there residence, was quick to set up, and the navigation was flawless. Then we did a 300 mile trip from there to Montain Home, AR. I input the address of the Hotel and off we went. (Selected fastest time). The navigation was again good,however when we arrived at the destionation, the hotel was in front of us, the GPS indicated we still had half a mile to go. To our next stop, we made it to the highway our destination was on, however we were 8 miles north of it, then I realized I had input the street number incorrectly. As we are working our way home, we are still pleased with it. Right now we have some routes/roads we want to travel to our next destination, so rather than do a Via, we simply input the end point, and I make the poor GPS recaculate the journey.

Really happy with it. It will never in my mind replace a map, but it and a good road map makes traveling very good
